Greetings all,

Today I write to you with a very heavy heart as my friend, brother in arms, and academy classmate has fallen today in the line of duty. Travis was viciously ambushed and gunned down by a subject trying to hide a stolen vehicle. Travis Murphy leaves behind a wife, a 2 year old daughter, and a 2 week old child.

The Emerald Society is currently working on preparing a wreath to present to the family for the gravesite. I unfortunately am out of town visiting family in Michigan, and feel helpless in helping Travis family. Does anyone have a contact for a florist? If so please contact Sean Connolly of Phoenix PD 480-694-6400 he is helping me with this arrangement.

The Irish gift house in Tempe has contacted me, and is going to donate 100% of their profits on selling the Irish Pub T-shirts. Please, if you dont have one go buy one, and tell a friend. When I get back into town, I am going to put together a fundraiser for his family, so any ideas are welcomed. The Irish Gift House
